However, over time, new challenges were identified, such as a lack of social interaction, integration problems and even the behavior of professionals who are confused and may not be able to listen at a meeting, performing other tasks.

In addition, there was an increase in feelings of inadequacy, something that directly interfered with motivation, action and even productivity. A person who was hired during a pandemic to work remotely can get into trouble interacting with the whole group who already existed, and knew each other from nature.

Any expert, at some point, can go through this. According to a study published by Mckinsey, entitled “Great Attrition or Great Attraction? The choice is yours”, one of the main reasons identified as motivation for quitting is ‘feeling worthless.’ And when we talk about Generation Z, the problem is getting worse, just like the problem of storing talent and forming relationships.

By supporting the achievement of appropriate connectivity and integration, expanding the deep 3D space of augmented real and virtual reality (AR / VR) is gaining more power. They are called “figital”- that is, the integration of natural form, with digital form and the benefits of working remotely. As a result, some organizations have already done this, setting up metaverses via Sandbox or Decentraland, and developing “digital maps”, An online version of their office.

Although still relatively high, it is interesting to think of the 3D space, which is available through the mirrors of AR / VR (a modern device with a motion sensor), which allows us to interact from anywhere in the world, as if we were there. within the same universe and side by side; or provide a project; or create integrated prototypes. Which, in addition, shows movement, voice and gestures, which help people to get closer.

There are already predictions. According to Bill Gates, in three years, meetings will be in Metaverse. Mark Zuckerberg, on the other hand, predicts a goal that will spread over the end of the decade, thanks to money and technology. Similar to this, big companies, such as Apple and Microsoft, have already moved on. There are already, for example, some programs that offer access to 3D meeting rooms, one of which is its Meta, Horizon Workrooms. And with real mirrors, you create your own avatar and you can use “rooms”.

However, technology needs to change. Glass is still a “trambolho”, seen as an unfinished model, which consumes about three thousand reais. With an eye on this market, Ray Ban has already started a technology competition, modeling glasses – of good looks – that he has a processor in the temple, which communicates by cell phone, displaying information on the glass screen. . This seems like a first step, which can soon solve the problem of appearance, design and size.

There are also limits to finding the best internet, which makes it impossible to use the item with the type expected. Therefore, this process should be done mainly by specialized agencies, because of the cost of the extras and the connection issue. And, thus, its popularity must be realized in the long run (as Zuckerberg pointed out).

And you may think: Is this money worth it? Because the issue of cooperation and cooperation is very strong, which also reduces the barriers to internationalization, which makes it possible to reach new businesses and create projects that were previously unimaginable, such as building a fully integrated vehicle, within the metaverse – something already achieved. , of course!

Companies that use Metaverse will gain competitive advantage, either in their marketplace or as marketing professionals. Companies that seem to be at the forefront of emerging are looking at talent discounts, who are looking for new types of jobs, job lending and construction that enable them to be proud and create important and well-known projects in the market.

Not to mention the inclusion, since creating an avatar in Metaverse does not have to be a form, color, gender, or anything else. Other than that, the most important thing is to show a positive attitude. But this is a lesson that should be taken seriously, in some cases…
